Business Innovation and Investment Visa (BII)

The subclass 188 is a provisional visa and the subclass 888 is a permanent visa. These visas allow entrepreneurs and business owners to own and manage a business in Australia, conduct business and investment activity in Australia or undertake an entrepreneurial activity in Australia.

Subclass 132

This permanent visa allows you to establish a new or develop an existing business in Australia.
You must be nominated by a state or territory government agency.
You must be invited to apply for the visa.
You must have funding or assets greater than AUD1 million.
Business Owner Visa
Subclass 890

Visa Pro professional fee POA
This permanent visa is for people who own and manage a business in Australia. It allows you to stay in Australia indefinitely. To apply, you must hold a (provisional) subclass 160, 161, 162, 163, 164 or 165 visa.
You must have lived in Australia on one of these visas for at least 12 months within the last 2 years
You must have owned and operated a business in Australia for at least 2 years

Subclass 892

Visa Pro professional fee POA
This is a permanent resident visa for people who already hold a subclass 160, 161, 162, 163, 164 or 165 visa and who have owned or operated a business in Australia for at least 2 years.
You must be in Australia to apply.
You must have lived in Australia for at least 12 months in the past 2 years.
Investor Visa

This visa is for people who undertake business and investment activities in Australia.
It allows you to stay in Australia indefinitely. To apply as a primary applicant, you must have a qualifying visa granted on a particular basis.
You must have held a designated investment of AUD1.5 million for four years.
